Refund policy. You can cancel your Premium Subscription within one hour of activating the Service and secure a full refund by sending a request to the support team. If you don’t cancel, your Premium Subscription will continue.
In the event the request for cancelation of your Premium Subscription is made after the one-hour period has expired – a refund will be denied. We typically process refunds within seven business days of your request unless otherwise specified by the refund policy of other Payment Agents.
